I am responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of Facilities by ADF, Location One and Autotrak.  I work closely with the executive and senior management teams to ensure the business operates efficiently, delivers consistently high levels of service, and continues to grow across all areas of the Group. A key part of my role is setting strategic priorities, supporting our operational teams, and building strong relationships with customers, partners and industry associations

Will joined ADF in March 2026 and was previously Finance Director of Everyman Media Group plc, the AIM listed independent premium cinema group. Will served on the Board of Everyman from June 2022 to March 2026 and oversaw the growth of that business’ estate from 36 to 49 venues, along with significant revenue growth. Prior to joining Everyman, Will had significant experience working in highly relevant financial and operational planning roles, notably as Financial Planning Manager at Heathrow. More recently, Will has held senior finance roles in the hospitality and leisure sector, including as Head of Commercial Finance at Côte Brasserie. Will is a qualified chartered accountant.

I run the day-to-day operations of the ADF business, ensuring our customers receive a first-class service from our Account Managers, teams out on Base, the Drivers that move our facilities and all of the support teams that work tirelessly behind the scenes to help make each production a success.

My role holds overall responsibility for all people management activities including Recruitment, Training & Development, Reward & Recognition, Performance Management etc. I have recently taken over responsibility for the Health & Safety function also. My favourite way to spend the day is going to the theatre and eating good food. I’m also a besotted “cat-mum”.

With a career in Fleet Management and Procurement across a range of industry sectors, I’ve had the privilege of managing four of the largest private UK fleet operations: Alliance Healthcare, Palmer & Harvey, HomeServe, and The AA. Away from the operation you will normally find me on the Farm in my beloved digger.

I bring in new productions whether via new leads or repeat business. I am heavily involved in the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

As Head of Account Management with nearly six years at the company, I lead and support the account management team, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal base teams. My role involves overseeing key client relationships, addressing complex challenges, and driving strategic account growth. I have played a pivotal role on high-profile projects, including partnerships with major franchises like Marvel and Disney, demonstrating my ability to manage demanding accounts and deliver exceptional results.

I have over 20 years of experience in accounts across the manufacturing, housing, and charity sectors. Since joining ADF in 2017, I’ve been responsible for keeping the Finance Department running smoothly and preparing the Group Accounts, always aiming to bring clarity and efficiency to everything I do.

My role as an Account Manager centres around all things people! From checking in with clients, liaising with Planning, to supporting the team on Production, every conversation and every day is different. I strive to deliver great customer service that keeps our customers coming back time and time again.

As an Account Manager, I’m the main point of contact for customers, making sure all of their needs are catered for. But I also work closely with many different internal departments, such as base teams, logistics, workshop and fleet. No two days are the same as an Account Manager, and it takes strong communication and organisation to succeed in a role such as this.

I spent most of my early career as a retail manager and then more recently 9 years in Commercial Vehicle Safety which has given me a good grounding in planning, logistics and customer service. I am very much a team player and love to become one of the team on productions rather than just a facilities contact at the end of the phone. I see my role as an Account Manager is to make things happen for our customers by clear communication and having a "yes we can" attitude.

With a background in Musical Theatre and experience across account management, customer success, events, and operations, I’ve always been passionate about people and building genuine connections. Now working as an Account Manager in the TV and film production industry, I love developing strong relationships, working collaboratively, and creating positive experiences for clients and colleagues alike. My musical theatre roots have shaped my approach to work, teaching me the importance of teamwork, communication and thinking on my feet. I bring energy, organisation, and a people-first mindset to everything I do, and I’m always keen to learn, take on new challenges and connect with the people around me. I believe that kindness, personality, and a genuine passion for what you do can make all the difference.
