About Us

Our Story

Facilities by ADF provides premium-quality serviced vehicle hire for TV and Film productions, specialising in support for high end TV and major feature films for the highly competitive video on demand market led by the major streaming giants HBO Max, Apple, Netflix, Marvel, NBC Universal, Disney + and Amazon.

Our expert team has many years of experience throughout the UK and Europe, so our clients trust us to offer a reliable and professional service, from artiste trailers to departmental vehicles. We also carefully audit our vehicles for both safety and presentation, making sure that they are clean and thoroughly tested to give our customers a premium product and service.

Minimising any impact on the environment from our operations is core to our business. We work with our partners to identify and implement initiatives ensuring that we always improve our environmental performance. We aim to balance our environmental and economic obligations and to become a truly sustainable company, reducing our carbon footprint and our environmental impact.

Consistently delivering a high level of customer services has been the foundation to our continued success, so we have an efficient, personable team of account managers to provide a single point of contact for each project throughout the production cycle.

Fast forward thirty years, Facilities by ADF is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week operation with a fleet of over 700 super quality location vehicles, capable of servicing 25 large productions at any one time. Our experienced teams are based in our head office in Bridgend (Wales) and Operational Base in Longcross (London), with regional depots in Pioneers Studios (Glasgow) Great Point Seren Stiwdios (Cardiff), Sharp Project (Manchester), Digbeth Loc (Birmingham) and Pinewood Studios (Slough) organised into dedicated departments including account management, logistics, transport, factory, workshops, HR and accounts.

ADF’s shareholders have invested both time and money into continual improvements over the years and are committed to do so for the foreseeable future, from detailed staff training to innovative vehicle modifications. The rewards have been an increase in market share, growth of our client base, repeat business and enthusiastic recommendations, along with a reinforcing of our strong industry reputation for consistently delivering a high-quality service.

Marsden Proctor (Chief Executive Officer) has a strategic plan for the business and our customers appreciate our commitment to our values, which is why so many have stayed with us on this journey, benefiting from our friendly and professional service.

Ongoing investment in our people, infrastructure, fleet and sustainability ensures that we can continue adapting to the evolving needs of the film and television industry, maintaining our position as market leader in the provision of on-location support.
