Facilities by ADF Plc has acquired Location One Ltd

Facilities by ADF Plc has acquired Location One Ltd, the UK’s largest supplier of location supplies to the Film & TV industry.

Facilities by ADF is pleased to announce the acquisition of Location One, the UK’s most established TV and Film Location service and equipment hire company. ADF and Location One are well known to each other, with a successful history of working together on a wide variety of productions including The Crown, Top Boy and The Gentleman.

The total consideration for the acquisition is £8.86 million.

Location One has created a high-service model that supports the production industry’s unique needs, with a customer base including Amazon Studios, Netflix, Warner Brothers and the BBC. The Acquisition brings highly complementary services to ADF which will provide cross selling opportunities to the enlarged Group, as well as delivering efficiencies through central services. . This acquisition of our long-standing partner is a significant step in ADF’s journey to becoming a one-stop-shop for film and high-end TV.
