I joined the Film and TV industry in 1996 with Screen Facilities. Spent 14 years with Bristol Television and Film Studios building my great network of suppliers and customers before joining ADF.
Officer in the Royal Marine Commandos after graduating from UCL. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte before joining Greens Group as Group FD, one of Wales largest multi- franchised motor dealerships. Worked in Business Process Outsourcing for 10 years, before taking up a role in 2012 with Bluestone National Park Resort, which I became a part-owner of.
I run the day-to-day operations of the ADF business, ensuring our customers receive a first-class service from our Account Managers, teams out on Base, the Drivers that move our facilities and all of the support teams that work tirelessly behind the scenes to help make each production a success.
My role holds overall responsibility for all people management activities including Recruitment, Training & Development, Reward & Recognition, Performance Management etc. I have recently taken over responsibility for the Health & Safety function also. My favourite way to spend the day is going to the theatre and eating good food. I’m also a besotted “cat-mum”.

With a career in Fleet Management and Procurement across a range of industry sectors, I’ve had the privilege of managing four of the largest private UK fleet operations: Alliance Healthcare, Palmer & Harvey, HomeServe, and The AA. Away from the operation you will normally find me on the Farm in my beloved digger.

As Head of Account Management with nearly six years at the company, I lead and support the account management team, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal base teams. My role involves overseeing key client relationships, addressing complex challenges, and driving strategic account growth. I have played a pivotal role on high-profile projects, including partnerships with major franchises like Marvel and Disney, demonstrating my ability to manage demanding accounts and deliver exceptional results.
I do love a true crime documentary, but if I had to choose my favourite film it would be The Others, because I love the suspense and psychological twists.

I work closely with all departments across production and within the ADF group including HODs, planning, maintenance & fleet to ensure we give the customer service we are renowned for. I am organised, communicative and responsive to deliver the excellent service that our customers deserve.
