Facilities by ADF Plc intends to acquire Autotrak Portable Roadways Limited

As a valued customer I want to share the exciting news announced today that, Facilities by ADF Plc, intends to acquire Autotrak Portable Roadways Limited. Autotrak is a market-leading supplier of portable roadway and one of the largest privately owned suppliers of panels to the film and TV sector in the UK, whilst also servicing festivals & outdoor events and construction- related industries for a client base of more than 165 customers.

We have worked with and admired their business for several years and the quality of Autotrak’s offering speaks to the strength of the people behind it. The acquisition of Autotrak will further diversify our product offering, and following the acquisition of Location One in November 2022, it is the latest step in our commitment to provide you, our customer, with the very best services that the industry has to offer.

Autotrak is run by Michael Fox, Maria Fox, Timothy Fox, Nick Russell, and their excellent team, who, I am delighted, will all be remaining with the business and helping it to grow as part of the ADF group.
