Facilities by ADF Appoints Nicola Pearcey as Chief Executive Officer
Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), a leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry (“HETV”), is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicola Pearcey as Chief Executive Officer of the Group with effect from 12th January 2026. Nicola will lead the Group’s full portfolio, including Location One and Autotrak Portable Roadways, driving continued integration, innovation, and growth across its operations.
Nicola brings extensive leadership experience in the global film and TV sector, most recently as CEO of Picnik Entertainment, a UK-based company supporting media ventures in particular film and TV companies, through strategic incubation, consultancy and film distribution.
Previously, Nicola served as President of UK & Europe at Lionsgate, overseeing the studio’s film and television operations. During her tenure at Lionsgate, she played a key role in the release and success of major titles including The Hunger Games, La La Land, Knives Out, The Expendables and John Wick, as well as UK-led acquisitions such as Military Wives, Fighting With My Family, and Eddie the Eagle. Nicola also helped grow Lionsgate’s UK television slate, contributing to the development of shows like Motherland, The Goes Wrong Show and The Pact.
Earlier in her career, Nicola held a variety of commercial roles for the Walt Disney Company and MGM Pictures across franchises including James Bond, Pixar, Disney, Miramax and MGM libraries. She is also a voting member of BAFTA and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Nicola is Executive Producer to recently completed feature film Madfabulous and The Almond and The Seahorse, from production company, Mad As Birds, in addition to a host of other feature films and TV series. She will continue to support Picnik Entertainment in an advisory role.
