Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Due to internal promotion within the team, we are looking for a Management Accountant to join the company at our Head Office in Bridgend. This role will be office-based.
Main Responsibilities:
– Produce monthly management accounts for CAD Services.
– Cash flow reporting.
– Maintain core ledgers – sales, purchases, bank, fixed assets.
– Develop Sage Intact to produce automated reports.
– KPI reporting.
– Provide absence cover for other departments in the Finance Team, including Payroll.
– Deputise for Financial Controller where required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Qualified or newly qualified.
– Payroll experience.
– PLC experience and/or Group reporting.
– Commercial acumen and ability to challenge trends and form expectations.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team to inspire, share and listen to ideas.
– Organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work and manage expectations.
– Problem solver who is willing to challenge and deliver value adding outcomes.
– Strong IT / analytical skills (Word, excel, systems experience preferable).
