Job Title: Yard Labourer
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Longcross, Surrey
Hours: 8am – 5pm with one hour for lunch making a 45 hour working week. Overtime paid after 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday and any hours worked over the weekend.
Due to continued growth, Facilities by ADF plc are looking to expand their Team in our new purpose-built location in Longcross Surrey. We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Labourer to join the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work under instruction from the Cleaning Charge Hand/Yard Manager.
- Replenish stock items used on different types of trailers.
- Report any defects or damage found whilst working on trailers to Supervisor.
- Ensure the yard and workshop are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Return any stock items found to the relevant department/tradesperson
- Complete check sheets when trailers are cleaned, sign off & give to Supervisor.
- Be aware & follow the companies Chlorination process.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Attention to detail & able to work to a high standard.
- Be reliable and a positive attitude.
- Good team player & communicator.
- Flexible approach to hours – available for overtime when required.
- Own transport preferred.
- Full UK driving license & legally able to work in the UK.
- Be physically fit and able to work outside.
- Ability to work on own.
