Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join the growing team in Bridgend. 

ADF are a 24/7 operation and staff are required to be flexible during busy periods to cover additional workloads.

Procurement Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supply Change Manager with selecting and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the supply of optimum quality components at the most economical procurement cost per unit
• Development and maintain and approved supply data base.
•  Assist in the development of a Stock Management System
•  Management support of Stock Management System
• Manage high value materials orders in line with company authorisation protocols.
• Activities to include but not restricted to:
  – Order Authorisation
  – Order Placement
  – Management of inbound Stock
  – Management of Stock Inventory
  – Allocation of stock to cost centres
  – Reconciliation of Stock Inventory
  – Assistance of Annual Stock Audit
• Continual development of supplier base relationship
• Evaluation & suggest alternative components / materials to enhance the finished products.
• Deputise for the Supply Chain Manager in their absence
• Ongoing purchase cost evaluation within the supply chain.
