Job Title:

In-House Recruiter

Description:

We are currently recruiting for an In-House Resourcer / Recruiter to join our Operations and HR team based in Bordon, Hampshire. This role involves good and clear communication with other departments within the company and external agencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Forecast staff resource required, making sure all relevant resource is booked and available
  • Ability to manage and develop relationships between operations, HR and external agencies
  • Full ownership of the agency staff booking process: forecasting requirements, booking, screening, briefing, timesheet consolidation, POs and invoice administration.
  • Timesheet administration
  • Advising on innovative sourcing techniques across the business
  • Advertising roles, using various job boards, agencies and new methods to attract talent
  • Setting up new starters
  • Brand ambassador with a pro-active social media talent
  • Brief and dispatch staff
  • Assist with various admin duties for the Operational Planning team, HR, Depot Manager and Transport Supervisor
  • To filter applications, review CVs, vet candidates, pre-screen and assess their skills, before you recommend them for formal interview
  • Site attendance register
  • Any other tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to work under pressure whilst still meeting deadlines and last minute requirements
  • Proficient IT literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, and the ability to learn and adapt to in-house IT systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems
  • Fantastic work ethic, work till all tasks are complete

Job Title:

LGV HGV / C+E (Class 1) Drivers

Description:

We are currently recruiting for C+E (Class 1) drivers to join our team based in Bordon. Contracts guarantee 40 hours a week.

The role:  Class 1 drivers are required for our expanding and busy TV and Film Facilities Operation. Experience in the industry is not necessary as training will be provided.

Essential requirements:

  • Have a full UK Class 1 driving Licence (or equivalent) with 6 or less points
  • Current DQC and Driver Digi-Card
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Flexibility (shifts often start mid-afternoon, seven days a week)
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Punctual
  • Fluent in English

Benefits:

  • Rates – £120 per 10 hour shift
  • Guaranteed 10 hours per shift
  • Overtime after 10 hours per shift paid at £15
  • Extra shifts available (6 on 2 off rota)
  • Guaranteed 40 hours of work a week, expectation is to work an additional 2 shifts if required
  • Overnight sustenance allowance of £25 per night when applicable
  • Work is varied , does not involve long trunking , a fixed start and finish location
  • Career progression (for the right candidate): Lead Driver, Driver Trainer, TV and Film Facilities Base staff

Casual contracts are also available for those who do not wish to be tied into a rota and want  flexibility.
